Cooking in the Garage


Picture Bridger craving a deep-fried turkey for a couple of years while he was in New England, then his dad satisfies his craving on Christmas Eve. If you've never tasted turkey this way, you don't know what you are missing. I've never heard it endorsed by Martha Stewart, but it is better than any other preparation method I've seen her demonstrate.
