A few sites around Homer. The Russian Orthodox church is in a village on the way to Homer. I still am working out taking a photo with so much snow (stay tuned). We went to dinner out of town and saw this very interesting post office/gas station/store combination. This area was homesteaded in the early 1900's.

Gotta love the gas station, pizzeria, post office, etc. place. Now that's making the most of one place.
ReplyDeleteThat place doesn't look very warm. The building are fascinating. Thank you for having adventures so I can view vicariously.
